Lets talk about the role! As the Global Marketing Director, you will drive the marketing agenda across regions, aligning with the Brand Vice President to build and execute the brand vision. You will ensure the development of the Kipling Brand through strategic planning and effective execution elevating brand awareness while supporting top line sales growth. We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results fulfilling the following aspects of the Global Marketing Director role: Build the brand vision, setting objectives, strategies, and a framework of tactics to ensure the development of the brand. Establish brand positioning thanks to a strong business acumen to identify business needs and marketing trends by analyzing and interpreting sales data, consumer insights, competitive analysis, etc. Manage the brand marketing & PR strategy and activation across EMEA, APAC, and AMER to support sustainable and profitable business growth as well as global consistency and local relevancy. Ensure the development of our associates to create a positive, growth focused talent pool across specialties and regions. Operationally you will: Ensure high quality, effective planning and execution of marketing activities. Manage and own the global advertising budget. Lead the global organization to deliver marketing plans, tools, and creative assets to support on and offline accounts. Oversee the acquisition, conversion, and ROI of social media activities. Manage the retail environment, in store visual presence, and activation. Own the marketing component of the Go To Market strategy and manage cross functional collaborations between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Retail both globally and locally. In charge of all functions across the marketing department, including Brand, Channel Marketing, Marketing Operations, Social Media, Creative Marketing, Public Relations, etc. Develop the marketing organization from a structural and talent development standpoint.
