Your Mission As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding commercial activities in Belgium. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and building long term relationships with high level decision makers ( CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Directors ), with a strong focus on energy, mobility (fleet management), and real estate solutions. Responsibilities Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow your client portfolio. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers. Present service offerings, draft commercial proposals, and lead negotiations. Ensure smooth client follow up during the delivery phase in collaboration with the consulting team. Work closely with consulting teams to refine the value proposition and market positioning. Organize and participate in marketing and commercial events (webinars, trade fairs, etc.). Stay up to date with market trends to adjust the sales approach accordingly. Profile Experience : At least 2 years in B2B business development, preferably in consulting or high value added services. Skills : Strong abilities in negotiation, prospecting, and account management. Qualities : Tenacity, ambition, autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and a results driven mindset.
