Who are you?
CDH Professionals’ client is looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team.
You are:
* Passionate about IT, with hands-on experience or knowledge gained through self-study.
* Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team.
* A problem-solver who enjoys creating manuals, improving processes, and providing solutions.
* Fluent in Dutch, with a strong understanding of French, to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
Your Role:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to both in-house and remote employees.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
* Create and update technical documentation, manuals, and procedures to improve efficiency.
* Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, including setting up accounts, configuring laptops/tablets, and ensuring smooth transitions.
* Manage IT assets, replace broken hardware, and help with general IT maintenance.
* Collaborate with other team members on various projects and help improve existing IT systems and processes.
