That is why our slogan is 'Let's Grow Together'!You will get the opportunity to work on an internal project and an intern or group of interns who are looking for a (thesis) project:How can BDO effectively integrate the Parent Journey program into its people management and onboarding program, ensuring that future and current parents feel supported, valued, and empowered within the organization?What will you be doing?:The goal is to integrate the Parent Journey program into BDO’s People Manager Track and Onboarding Program. This integration aims to ensure that BDO’s people managers are well-equipped to support consultants who are also (to be) parents, promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.The expected outcome is the successful integration of the Parent Journey program into key BDO processes, including the people managers training and onboarding program for new BDO colleagues.This involves thinking about the most efficient and effective manner to do so, co-create the content needed together with the Inclusive diversity team (based on the implemented parent journey program), and get input and feedback of different BDO colleagues.The project will be closely aligned with BDO’s Inclusive diversity team and BDO Academy colleagues to ensure that the integration is comprehensive and impactfulOther internship tasks:- Collaborate with the BDO Inclusive Diversity team and BDO Academy colleagues to understand both the Parent Journey program, the people manager track and onboarding training, and its objectives.- After aligning with the stakeholders, present a proposal and action plan. After validation, develop and refine training materials (for example including a potential introduction video/ Powerpoint presentation, role-play scenarios, a one pager, ..).- Work within a dynamic, fun and inclusive environment, receiving ongoing guidance from experienced BDO professionals.What do you bring to the table?:- If you were to describe yourself, one of the first terms to come to mind would be “flexible”. You are capable of objectively and critically assessing your own and others’ work.- Stress? What’s that?
