Partnerships Developer – Serviced Offices (Brussels Area)
A leading international provider of serviced offices is seeking a Partnerships Developer to drive its expansion in Belgium, particularly in the Brussels area.
About the Role:
In this B2B position, you will be responsible for securing new partnerships with private property owners, contributing to the company’s growth by launching new locations in your region. You will collaborate closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and Board, reporting directly to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Engage with potential partners and lead commercial negotiations.
* Present projects to the Board and establish strategic partnerships.
* Successfully close deals to secure new locations.
Your Profile:
* Based in the Antwerp area.
* Fluent in Dutch, with professional proficiency in English (French is a plus).
* Strong sales drive with a proven hunter mentality.
* Experience in B2B business development and sales within a fast-paced environment (experience in selling services is a plus).
* Track record of successfully closing large deals.
* Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Salary & Benefits:
* €60,000 – €70,000 gross per year (including 13th month and vacation pay, based on experience).
* Uncapped commission
* €8,000 annual car allowance (fuel and travel costs covered separately).
* €150 monthly net allowance.
