We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and oversee test management activities, supporting organizational projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming the organization's testing approach into an agile framework while ensuring quality and reliability. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing testing phases, and driving improvements for our client's.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement project test plans.
Ensure adherence to and optimization of testing processes to support organizational goals.
Establish and monitor KPIs to enhance process quality and reliability.
Serve as the primary contact for testing and quality assurance within assigned projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders and align testing efforts with project objectives.
Support projects in delivering high-quality outputs.
Plan and manage resources and capacities in collaboration with the test team Head.
Job requirements
Competencies:
Minimum of 10 years in Test Management, with proven expertise.
Experience in the banking domain is essential.
Knowledge of T24 or Triple A is an advantage.
Proficient in both classical and agile testing approaches.
Expertise in defect triage and managing SIT and UAT test phases.
Ability to support business users during UAT.
Strong knowledge of Xray and Jira.
Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance and test processes.
Solid project management, change, and release management skills.
Skilled in delivering roadmaps and resource planning.
Ability to define and verify test objectives with stakeholders.
Education and certifications:
Higher education in Computer Science (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).
ISTQB Test Manager certification is an advantage.
Agile project framework certification (e.g., SAFe).
Skills:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
