For the Business Unit Diagnostic Imaging, we are currently hiring a Channel Marketing Manager. You will be accountable for building marketing plans with our Connect & other partners for our Diagnostic Imaging Solutions. In your role you will be reporting to the Global DI Marketing Lead and working very closely with the other team members of the marketing team, the Partner Team and Sales teams.
Your responsibilities
Reporting in Marketing, you will be responsible for developing Partner marketing programs for both Connect DI channel partners and OEM partners, that align with the go to market activities, route to market, strategy and growth objectives. You will receive key business directions from DI Marketing, sales management and the Partner team and will work closely with both marketing colleagues and sales to ensure maximum alignment.
You contribute in building a best in class Partner Marketing Program by developing strategies that increase demand and conversion. Assuring metrics (analytics and reporting) are in place and aligned to the desired outcome will enable you to continuously improve channel marketing strategies and actions.
Your accountabilities
1. Build balanced and effective partner marketing plans including clear agreements on KPI settings.
2. Set up and monitor the KPI dashboard accordingly in order to increase effectiveness of your partner marketing programs
3. Follow up the roll out of the marketing plans and validate the proof of execution and challenge the ROI.
4. Manage the overall Connect DI Channel marketing budget per partner (MDF – PRM system) and budgets assigned to OEM partners.
5. Support the sales team and the partner in executing the partner marketing plans.
Qualifications
6. 3-5 years (channel) marketing experience, in a broad area of marketing disciplines, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, events and social media.
7. Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, marketing or similar
8. Ability to demonstrate strong business analytical skills
9. Experience in B2B environment is a must, experience in an international and technology for health care environment is a plus.
10. Demonstrable success in business and channel development through concrete initiatives, interacting at all levels
11. Aptitude to design and deliver marketing programs resulting in high ROI.
12. Fast paced, good communicator, customer service driven, problem solver, self-starter, analytical
13. Fluent in English; German and/or French desirable.
