TVH is looking for a highly skilled ITSM Process Manager for Change Management who is responsible and accountable for managing and maintaining the IT Change Management process. The Change Manager should be familiar with normal, standard, and emergency changes and understand their relationship to other IT Service Management Processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Release & Deployment Management.
Your role and responsibilities
As the Change Manager, you convene and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (eCAB), ensuring the information presented to these groups is complete and provides them with the information required to make informed decisions about the changes, prioritizing and approving them, or rejecting them.
This will involve:
1. Being responsible and accountable for managing and maintaining the IT Change Management process.
2. Act as a Lead function and process owner on a global level for the IT Change Management process.
3. Maintaining, adapting, and monitoring a comprehensive change management process for IT systems and services.
4. Coordination monitoring of all activities/tasks during the change process. Planning and conducting of Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and management of Emergency Change Advisory Boards (eCABs). Monitoring the implementation of changes and conducting post-implementation reviews to assess success, identify learning experiences, and suggest continuous improvements.
5. Monitoring and maintaining interfaces to other ITSM processes and procedures.
6. Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory.
7. Advise our IT internal and IT external stakeholders on all questions regarding the Change Management process.
8. Through careful coordination with stakeholders and consistent quality assurance, minimize the risk of changes, strive for uninterrupted implementation, and ensure a stable environment.
9. Show an in-depth understanding of the global processes and implementation concerning IT Change Management and related procedures.
10. Responsible for planning and conducting training and workshops for stakeholders regarding the IT Change Management process and related processes and procedures.
11. Prepare learning materials and knowledge articles; maintain documentation for the Change Management process.
12. Guide and support the operational team with operational tasks.
13. Temporarily take over tasks from other ITSM process modules as needed.
How to succeed / Your profile
We are looking for someone who has proven ITSM Change Management Expertise. Hands-on experience in change management for technology-driven projects, with a track record of managing complex changes effectively.

14. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science.
15. At least five years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change management.
16. Strong understanding and practical application of the ServiceNow ITSM module with a focus on Change Management workflow.
17. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM applications and ITIL processes with an ITIL v4 Foundation certificate or higher.
18. Strategic thinking and the ability to understand and navigate complex environments, strategies, and release processes.
19. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, and ensure clear communication with diverse stakeholders with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
20. Ability to develop and maintain process documentation, reports, and presentations
21. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
22. Proven track record of working in a multinational organization with an international scope.
23. Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
24. Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to deliver timely and high-quality results.

27. Ability to work onsite in the Waregem Office at least three times per week.
28. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
