Job Title: Product Owner Customer Care
Your Impact:
As a major European media group, we aim to lead the way in automating our customer care products. The Customer Care team manages all IT systems used by our customer service. Since our readers and subscribers are the heart of our journalism, your role will make a significant impact. Your efforts enable your agile team to work effectively and efficiently, helping us better assist customers through self-service or our helpdesk.
As a solutions owner, you focus on creating our Care products, maximizing value from technology, managing the product backlog, and ensuring clarity. You work daily with stakeholders and also care for your team, conducting evaluations, scheduling one-on-ones, syncs and progress meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent your product at PI-planning, guard the PI commitments, and ensure roadmap realization.
* Oversee the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for backlog items and features, ensuring robust QA and handover processes.
* Manage the budget for Care solutions, monitor internal and external team backlogs, and maintain oversight.
* Identify and minimize dependencies between backlog tickets across teams within and outside the Care domain, and act as the central contact point for incidents and issues in your portfolio.

You are the driving force behind this ambitious team, ensuring scope management of all tasks. You're deeply involved in gathering requirements from our media companies and crafting a consolidated product roadmap. Your social skills and ability to connect the team are key to your success.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise as a product or solutions owner.
* Flexibility to travel regularly between Antwerp and Amsterdam.
* Strong command of the Dutch language.
* Prior experience in the Care/Contact Center domain is a plus.
Your Workplace:
The team consists of 9 colleagues, including 3 full-stack developers, 2 QA Engineers, a business analyst, and two frontend developers (internal and external). You'll also collaborate closely with the solutions architect and external suppliers.
