2. Provide performance, competition & market analysis + present to SN’s commercial Dept & Sr Mgt
3. Coordinate commercial actions/projects internally & towards the LHG, incl. the Africa Competence Centre
4. Build up dashboards and reporting on Brussels Airlines’ performance.
5. Monitor competitive situation and evaluate market trends.
6. In-depth gap analysis through industry standard methods.
7. Stakeholder management on working and executive level.
8. Determine and align on required measures with commercial interfaces.
9. Coordination and follow up of actions and reporting to senior management.
10. Elaborate clear reports and presentations to deliver insights and recommendations upon senior management request.
11. Present findings to Brussels Airlines’ Commercial Committee / senior management.
12. Provide statistical support to the Commercial Department.
13. Project ownership on key commercial topics.
14. Data analysis and presentations to support Brussels Airlines/LHG projects.

15. Bachelor degree preferably in economics/business/science or equivalent experience.
16. Preferably 3 years working experience.
17. Tourism/airline industry background is a plus.
18. Experience in analytical positions and reporting.
19. Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
20. Excellent mastery of Excel and Powerpoint.
21. Knowledge of Tableau/Spotfire reporting system and airline reservation system is a plus.
