The French Sourcer is seeking a Confirmed CSIRT. Our client is a leading cybersecurity company that prioritizes security and privacy. They offer a comprehensive range of tailored solutions, from expert consulting to 24/7 monitoring via an advanced cybersecurity platform, along with rapid incident response—delivering a full "security as a service" approach.
Main responsabilities
Incident:
* Process all Security incidents (Take Down, CVE publication, extract IOC from malware analysis, log mining with correlation, forensic, breach analysis doubt removal, malicious documents analysis) beyond procedures.
* Daily survey and notifications.
* Manage all customers’ requests on products sold by the company.
* Manage all incidents, change and uses cases tickets.
Change:
* Deliver missions sold to customers:
* Perform Incident Response Readiness Assessments for customers.
* Perform audit and consultancy missions.
* Help when required the incident handler.
* Manage all incidents, change and Use cases tickets.
* Promote CERT-XLM team during promotional events.
* Participate when required to CERT community mandatory events.
Reporting:
* Maintain the documentation
* Respect reports structure
* Respect process of publication validation (cross-reading and validate)
