* You will focus on a specific region: the southern part of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
* These entail customer projects, translating prospects'/customers' needs into the right solutions, preparing quotations, negotiations, etc.
* Map out the market
* Approach potential customers to persuade them to adopt your E-bike connectors
* Work closely with product management, inside sales, and marketing services to tailor the offering to your market
* You will visit Belgium regularly (once per quarter) for sales meetings and team events

* Excellent commercial and empathetic skills are possessed

* Proficiency in both German and English languages, with excellent verbal and written skills, is required (native German speaker)
* Preferably, the candidate is based in the Bavaria region of Germany and is accustomed to remote work
