Whether it is in the operating theatre, trade shows, or clinical meetings, you will conduct inspiring product demonstrations that encourage surgeons and hospital staff to say yes to your sales pitches. In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise.

Your key responsibilities:
1. Start with an intensive familiarization phase with product training to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
2. Implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
3. Advise and train surgical & theatre staff on O.R. use during workshops based on your product knowledge.
4. Provide customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales oriented consultation.
5. Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow up to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
6. Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for?
1. + 4 years of sales experience, preferably within medical devices or similar industries like pharmaceuticals.
2. Capital Equipment sales experience is a plus, but not required.
3. Bachelors or masters degree in medical technology, health management, business administration, or other science/technical fields.
4. Valid drivers license.
5. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Dutch.
