Job Description
As an external consultant you:
1. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
2. Lead employer branding initiatives
3. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
4. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, assessments, etc.)
5. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
6. Organize and/or attend career fairs or other events
7. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications
8. You have a Master or Bachelor degree in HR or have a mix of formal education and work experience of more than 4 years.
9. Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist/recruiter
10. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
11. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
12. Well-organized and structured approach with eye for detail
13. Ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.
14. Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations.

16. Languages: Dutch/English and preferably Spanish
