Our client is a Belgian scale-up that provides a network of flexible, fully furnished accommodations by creating sustainable community-driven shared houses.
Their purpose is to shape a better tomorrow by improving the way we live today.
Today they buy, renovate, and manage incredible homes located in the best neighborhoods of Brussels, New York, Paris, Madrid, and they are still opening Luxembourg, Milan, London, and Marseille this year, with about a total of bedrooms.


About the job

Our client is looking for a Growth Marketer who will focus on performance-based marketing to make sure their worldwide community increases at its best.
This means you’ll be able to play with, manage, and optimize our client's digital customer journey across all digital touchpoints (SEO, SEA, programmatic ads, marketplaces, blog, and stand-up exploratory channels) like a ninja.

Among others, you will :
5. Initiate, monitor, and optimize our media campaigns ; from worldwide paid search campaigns on Google to managing our listings on marketplaces.
6. Lead the full online media budget and ensure the CAC is optimized.
7. Manage all the digital customer touchpoints (website, blog, emails, search engines, marketplaces, and more).
8. Rethink and optimize the acquisition strategy with a clear understanding of LTV and CAC, not only to acquire new users and members but also to retain them.
9. Run A/B testing campaigns, do CRO, deploy new landing pages for SEO, and more.
10. Identify, analyze, and structure all the data collected from the website and our former/active members to generate actionable insights for our product department


About the ideal candidate

11. You have a min. of years of work experience as a Paid Media Specialist / Growth marketing or any similar experience.
12. You have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, dashboarding, technical SEO ,...
13. You are KPI and result-driven, love statistics, dashboard, and share actionable insights. You are action/ROI oriented.
14. You are a team player, a kind of entrepreneur, who can work autonomously and take initiative, come up with innovative ideas and strong solutions and results.
15. You speak fluently in French & English.
