Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and support day-to-day site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily facilities operations, including maintenance, equipment repairs, site security, and cleaning services.
* Conducting regular building checks and inspections, addressing issues promptly.
* Serving as backup for the receptionist in case of absence.
* Management of work requests, routine maintenance, and preventative repairs for building equipment.
* Supervision of contractors and execution of planned maintenance and service agreements.
* Maintenance of document storage in compliance with standard operating procedures.
* Point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
* Assistance with facilities-related project work.
Required Profile:
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical qualification is an asset.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in a lab or technical environment is a plus.
* Very good knowledge of English and Dutch.
* Strong technical knowledge (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems).
* Thorough understanding of office equipment and machinery.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
