Join a leading international manufacturer as an Interim Change Manager based in Brussels for a Data Harmonisation Project for a period of 6 to 12 months. You will oversee the change management process to ensure seamless transitions and maximum adoption of new data systems.The Interim Manager#39;s key responsibilities will include:Establish and manage the planning, execution, and oversight of the change management process.Ensure minimal disruption to business operations while maximizing end-user adoption and utilization.Develop a comprehensive change management plan outlining the timeline, resources, and key milestones.Maintain stakeholder alignment and informed communication throughout the process.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing resistance to change.Design and implement a communication strategy to inform all relevant parties about the data roadmap, change process, and expected outcomes.Organise internal roadshows, webinars, and other communication channels to ensure transparency and buy-in.Create and deliver tailored training materials and sessions to enhance stakeholder understanding and engagement.Provide ongoing support to end-users, manage feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.Collaborate with project managers, IT, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.Guide other team members involved in change management efforts.The key qualifications required for this interim management job:The ideal candidate has proven experience in change management, particularly within data-driven programs, and familiarity with data program management or digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in ADKAR change management frameworks and strong communication skills are essential. You have excellent stakeholder management abilities, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise. Fluent English is required, and advanced knowledge of French or another EU language is an advantage. You are open to travel in Europe, ideally starting May 1st.
