Support Engineer

On your program: answering questions, solving problems, and performing interventions and preventive checks. Our customers will be happy with you - you with your work!
What we do at the Hosting & Cloud Support team in Gent?
In short: we help Telenet business customers by analyzing complex technical questions and quickly finding solutions. We handle our interventions from A to Z and also check them preventively. The atmosphere on the work floor? We work and celebrate together. Problem solved through excellent teamwork?
Your approach
1. You analyze the problem and create a ticket.
2. If you can fix it yourself, great!
3. If not, escalate the ticket and work with your colleagues and other departments to find solutions.
4. You fix the problem, follow up further, and analyze where it went wrong.
5. Keep the customer updated on the status of the ticket at all times.
