1. Part of a diverse team, you contribute to the growth of our third party assurance & advisory practice using your strategic insight and account management skills.
2. Lead challenging and diversified assurance & advisory projects at large (e.g. Bel20) companies, as well as SMEs. You will be working in different industries such as financial services, technology, telecom, and others.
3. Manage a team and perform in-depth assessments and related advisory to provide ISAE, SOC reports or similar, covering business processes, applications, and technology infrastructure for our clients together with your team.
4. Evaluate and report on controls over the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, or privacy over information and systems across an entire entity or its subsidiaries.
5. Provide strategic advice to senior client staff (CxO, Senior Risk/Security officers, etc.) on topics such as risk, audit, continuity, governance, quality, sourcing, analytics, etc. to enhance our client’s business value and effectiveness.
6. Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people.
7. Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives, and set priorities and direction.
Let’s talk about you:
1. Over 6 years of experience in risk and advisory projects.
2. Strong academic background and interpersonal skills.
3. Highly developed project and people management skills including experience with managing millennials.
4. Proven skills in on-the-job coaching.
5. Experience with managing projects end-to-end (sales to invoice).
6. Strategic vision for the long-term growth and development of the team and firm, able to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits.
7. Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
8. Experience in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, payments, fintechs, etc.) is a plus.
9. Certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, CISA, Prince2, CIA, etc. are a plus.
