The Talent Management and Development team (led by the Director, Talent Management and Development) focuses on leading global talent programs such as Performance Management, Manager and Leadership frameworks, Job Descriptions and Career Paths, Employee and Leadership Development Programs, and more. Our mission is to create highly engaging talent programs that support Collibrians in their development and empower managers to proactively solve business problems in a fast-paced environment—leading to higher performance, greater satisfaction, and future-readiness.
The Digital Learning Solutions Manager at Collibra is responsible for:
* Leading and managing digital learning initiatives, aligning efforts across teams and programs.
* Owning and optimizing the internal LMS (Docebo), redesigning its portal and integrating systems.
* Creating an engaging digital learning experience, making it easy for employees to access and engage with learning.
* Elevating digital solutions as a core part of communication and enablement strategies.
* Designing and developing engaging digital courses using tools like Articulate Storyline.
* Leveraging AI to create innovative eLearning content and improve course development efficiency.
You have:
* LMS Experience and Digital Learning Design: Proficiency in managing internal learning platforms (LMS), with a strong focus on designing engaging, user-friendly digital learning experiences that align with organizational goals.
* Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage end-to-end digital learning initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Articulate Storyline Expertise: Skilled in creating interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, including assessments, interactive modules, and multimedia elements.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage learning data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and make data-informed decisions to improve learning outcomes.
* Technical Enablement Leadership: Experience in driving technical enablement programs, such as AI enablement, to empower employees with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in a digital-first environment.

Measures of success:
* Within your first 3 months, you will:
o Create a strategy for the internal digital learning experience, enhancing usability and engagement.
o Lead the AI awareness and enablement program, ensuring employees have the tools and resources to confidently adopt and apply AI in their day-to-day work.
o Redesign the LMS portal and learning experience to improve navigation and engagement, ensuring alignment with the customer-facing experience.
* Within your first 6 months, you will:
o Drive adoption and engagement of the revamped LMS and other learning platforms, gathering feedback and optimizing for user satisfaction.
o Enhance reporting and tracking mechanisms to provide actionable insights into program effectiveness.
