To support their continued growth and strengthen their HR capacities, they seek an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner. This strategic role combines operational excellence with a strong focus on people development and talent management within an international context.
Your responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and facilitator, actively contributing to shaping and implementing the organization's HR strategy. Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing daily HR guidance, serving as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
* Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
* Managing comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
* Organizing training sessions for new employees to ensure effective integration.
* Mapping current staff training needs based on annual evaluations, developing training plans, and organizing relevant training programs.
* Supporting the logistics of ongoing recruitment processes, revising recruitment guidelines to reflect organizational values clearly, and providing training on effective hiring practices.
* Evaluating gaps in the organization's staffing composition, reviewing collaboration processes, and developing strategies for member retention.
* Designing and implementing talent retention initiatives, managing performance evaluations, career development plans, and training programs tailored to organizational needs.
* Identifying skill gaps, coordinating training activities, and promoting ongoing professional growth.
* Leading and contributing to various HR projects, including performance management frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
* Providing support in other HR-related areas and assisting colleagues as needed.
Your profile:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within an international context.
* Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment strategy, talent management, employee relations, and training.
* Excellent understanding of HR best practices, soft HR approaches, and employment legislation.
* Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
