Technical Sales Specialist, BeNeLux - Global Leader in Life Sciences Industry - Fully Field-Based
Planet Pharma is currently working with a global leader in the development of analytical instruments, reagents and consumables used across the life sciences and healthcare industries. They are looking for an experienced sales person to join their team as a Technical Sales Specialist to cover their food portfolio.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets, through sales development, channel management and field marketing programs to promote Near-Infrared (NIR) process solutions for their food portfolio.
You will also be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong customer and distributor relationships
* Building new accounts and following up on customer account receivables
* Providing accurate monthly forecasting, as well as updating accurate and competitive pricing to customers
* Attending seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations to promote business
For this position, our client is looking for someone who has experience:
* Selling within the food industry or laboratory instrument sales
* Channel management/distributor sales experience
You must be a self-starter and driven with a strong motivation for working in sales.
This position covers the BeNeLux region so you must be happy to travel up to 50% of the time across this region.
