Director - Global Consultancy
We are seeking an accomplished Consulting Director to lead and scale our client's AI practice in the Benelux region, with a primary focus on the Telecommunications industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a rapidly expanding practice leveraging existing client relationships and building new ones.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of AI, and experience in delivering impactful AI programs within the telco sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and expand the AI consulting practice, driving growth in the Belgian market.
2. Collaborate with C-suite executives to define AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.
3. Provide strategic leadership on AI projects, overseeing delivery and ensuring successful outcomes.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships within the telecommunications sector.
5. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of consulting professionals whilst scaling the practice.
6. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Proven experience in AI consulting leadership, ideally at a senior manager or partner level.
2. Background in management consulting, with a preference for candidates from Big 4 firms.
3. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications within the telecommunications industry.
4. Ability to lead large-scale AI transformation programs and manage cross-functional teams.
5. Strong network and knowledge of the Belgian telco landscape.
6. Fluency in Dutch and Flemish is essential.
