We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our young and energetic team and help us expand our commercial potential in communication and event services.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including phone calls, emails, and on-site visits.
* Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
* Collaborate closely with the internal team to align sales strategies with agency goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Represent the agency at networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Trilingual proficiency: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (oral and written).
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally in the communication or event sector.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured approach to sales.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with telephonic and in-person prospecting.
* A team player with a passion for creativity and innovation.
