As our ESG Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our global sustainability strategy. Working closely with the Sustainability Manager, you will analyze data, report on key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Your responsibilities:
* Support Sustainability Strategy Implementation: Assist in rolling out sustainability initiatives and projects that align with Reynaers Groups ESG goals, helping to embed sustainability into daily operations across the organization.
* Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret sustainability data (e.g., carbon emissions, energy usage, waste reduction, circularity). Translate findings into clear reports and insights to drive informed decision making.
* Monitor & Report Performance: Support the creation of internal and external sustainability reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, SBTi), and alignment with corporate objectives.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, HR, and Procurement, to collect data, align sustainability initiatives, and support company wide adoption of ESG goals.
* Market Trends & Benchmarking: Stay up to date with sustainability trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Support Communication of Sustainability Efforts: Assist in developing content and presentations to communicate sustainability progress internally and externally, helping to highlight Reynaers Groups achievements and commitments.
Your Profile:
1. Proven Analytical Expertise: You have a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a sustainability, data analysis, or ESG related role.
2. Data Driven & Detail Oriented: You excel at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, with strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools. Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, CSRD, SBTi) is a plus.
3. Proactive & Collaborative: You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work across departments to gather data and align goals.
