* Collaborate with property managers on building operations and assist investment managers in acquisition and disposition processes.
* Support due diligence by providing underwriting assumptions, reviewing leases, and assessing property conditions.
* Oversee budgets, business plans, and financial performance metrics, including rent collection and property valuation.
* Foster strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
* Mentor team members and manage performance review processes.
* Ensure accurate data management and provide operational guidance on processes.
* Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years in real estate, preferably in the office sector.
* Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
* Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in cash flow, business plans, and budgeting.
* Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful with excellent organizational skills.

* In-depth knowledge of the Benelux office market.

* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
