Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and expand the Benelux market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
* Provide technical expertise and consultancy to customers regarding product applications.
* Collaborate with R&D to align product offerings with market trends and customer needs.
* Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning.
* Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demos.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
* Can be based in either Belgium or the Netherlands
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the personal care ingredients sector.
* Strong understanding of formulation and applications in personal care products.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Business level proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
* Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed.
