Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of framework contracts, ensuring that services provided to EU institutions meet the highest standards. You will act as the key liaison between stakeholders, drive process improvements, and lead a team of professionals to guarantee timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Your Tasks:
Manage and oversee service delivery for EU institutions under framework contracts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for client relations with EU institutions, ensuring satisfaction and contract compliance.
Coordinate multiple service delivery projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to EU public sector regulations.
Identify and mitigate risks, implementing proactive strategies to ensure service continuity and improvement.
Lead and support a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous development.
Monitor performance and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing service quality.
Drive process improvements, implementing best practices in public sector service management.

Who we think you are:
* Strong experience in service delivery management, preferably in EU institutions, public sector, or large-scale framework contracts.
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build trusted client relationships.
* Proven expertise in risk management, performance monitoring, and service optimization.
* Leadership skills to guide multicultural teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
