To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer speaking English.
Your main responsibilities
Design, develop, plan, and implement QA strategies for various applications (frontend/backend) and workflows
Participate in requirement analysis to provide input on business requirements, usability, performance, and acceptance criteria
Create both high-level and low-level test cases that align with business requirements using appropriate testing tools
Design and execute both manual and automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure quality levels are met based on business requirements
Prepare test data for execution
Document and report test execution results, including all identified quality issues from different test environments
Work closely with test automation engineers to select, design, develop, and maintain automated test cases
Support the definition of test automation concepts for complex implementation and migration projects
Organize and conduct demo sessions for business stakeholders and assist them during UAT
Participate in PoCs and prototype initiatives
Proactively identify and suggest improvements to our Quality Assurance processes and strategy
Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, developers, and other team members
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and at least 2 years of practical experience in Scrum
You hold a bachelor's or master degree in an IT oriented field
Fluent in English
Deep knowledge and experience on:
Scrum methodology
Usage of test management (Ideally Azure DevOps)
Databases (ideally MSSQL)
REST API (Ideally with Postman)
Testing of Mobile and web applications
Functional testing
At least basic/moderate knowledge with each of these:
Knowledge within banking sector (or with credit cards or payment processes)
System integration testing
Test automation
UAT execution and coordination
Would be an advantage:
Knowledge of Non-functional testing
Experience with Temenos Transact Core banking system
ISTQB certification (foundational or advanced in Test analysis or agile testing)
Soft Skills:
Service- and results-oriented personality
Strong analytical skills to assess requirements and systems under test
Ability to quickly understand complex applications and transfer and abstract knowledge effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management abilities with a structured approach, and the capacity to set priorities
A proactive and reliable team player with the ability to work independently as well
A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment
Fluency in English is essential
