Your Key Responsibilities:
You will provide exceptional support and help to our existing and potential customers, as well as our colleagues. Our goal is to deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Your mission will consist of investigating functional issues to provide accurate answers to customer queries. You will receive requests through ticketing, live chat, and phone calls. If necessary, you will redirect customers to our Developers.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Consultants, Sales, and Developers.
Key Skills and Qualities:
* Fluent English speaker
* Dutch or German language skills are a plus
* IT and Business Affinity
* Customer-oriented
* Autonomous and fast learner
* Valid work permit for Belgium
* Solution-minded
