We are looking for a temporary HR / People Experience Advisor (PEA) to join the HR team in the cookies and chocolate factory in Herentals.
Your responsibilities :
1. First point of contact for workers and their managers for all HR (non-payroll) related questions;
2. Recruiting and welcoming workers, technical staff and job students;
3. Provide support to managers in performance reviews, absenteeism, social legislation, HR policy questions, end of career interviews,...;
4. Preparing and possibly attending (informal) consultations with employee representatives;
5. Contributing to HR projects such as social elections, ...
6. Local rollout of, the annual Mondelez engagement survey, training weeks "growing here weeks", ...
7. Administrative processing of employee data in our system Workday and/or ServiceNow;
Your Profile:
8. Initial experience in a manufacturing environment;
9. You have a bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant field;
10. You are customer and service oriented;
11. Handy with HR systems, Workday is a plus;
12. You are a team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
13. Good analytical skills and proactively looking for improvement opportunities;
14. Fluent Dutch spoken and written;
