Main Responsibilities:

Forecasting: Work with sales and marketing teams to analyze sales trends, adjust demand forecasts, and propose strategies to anticipate market fluctuations.

Supply Planning: Develop and update supply plans based on sales forecasts and production capacity, while minimizing stock costs.

Inventory Optimization: Ensure that inventory levels are optimized to avoid stockouts and overstocking, while maintaining excellent customer service levels.
*
Project Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and proactively manage potential delays or production issues. Support the implementation of projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain efficiency and implement improvement initiatives when necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or Business Analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Odoo,...) and MS Excel.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
* Fluent in French & English
