For our office in Madrid/Hamburg or remotely, we are looking for an IT Project/Product Manager (Board Software Implementation).
We are seeking an experienced IT Project/Product Manager to lead the implementation of the Board software platform. The ideal candidate will manage the project's end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with business objectives. Knowledge of financial concepts such as cash flow, liquidity management, profit and loss (P&L), and balance sheet (BS) planning is considered a significant advantage.
What will you do day-to-day?
Project Leadership:
* Lead and manage the Board software implementation project, coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Liaise with finance and operations teams to understand and incorporate business requirements.
* Communicate project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Product Management:
* Work closely with vendors and internal teams to configure, customize, and deploy the Board platform.
* Oversee system testing, integration, and deployment activities.
* Develop user training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
Financial Insights:
* Ensure the platform supports financial planning activities, including cash flow analysis, liquidity management, P&L, and BS planning.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in IT projects or product management.
* Proven experience implementing business software solutions; experience with Board software is a plus.
* Familiarity with financial concepts such as cash flow, liquidity, P&L, and BS planning is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required (additional European language skills are a plus).

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Proactivity to develop the tool and its different functionalities.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
Preferred Certifications:
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
