POSITION DESCRIPTION
Define the commercial strategy:
In collaboration with the CEO, the Sales Manager defines the commercial strategy of Idealis Consulting to achieve the objectives and the global strategy.
Ensure the development of the Idealis brand:
* In collaboration with the marketing team and the CEO, the Sales Manager defines a commercial and communication strategy that develops the notoriety of the Idealis Consulting brand.
* Define the pricing policy and ensure profitability.
* Define the sales methodology.
* Ensure the follow-up and the achievement of commercial objectives.
* Organize and coordinate with the CEO for monthly monitoring of the budget and objectives.
* Participate in commercial actions with existing and prospective customers.
* Manage a sales team in Belgium and France.
* Be the backup for the team members.
* Take part in the internal projects of Idealis (Experience Sharing, Idealis Academy) and contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal organization.

YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor/Master studies in a related area (Commercial Engineer, Economics, Communication, ...).
* Fluent in French OR Dutch and excellent knowledge in English.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Wide business network.
* Experience with an ERP (Odoo) is an asset.
