As an International Trader for our client, you are part of a small and dynamic team specialized in pharmaceutical and health products. Our goal is to find the right product at the right price in order to sell it to our customer. Success is your noise: you manage existing customers/suppliers and acquire new ones. You negotiate pricing and terms and you know the sweet spot between buying and selling. Your main focus will be to develop and expend the medical device category.
Requirements
You manage and grow our business through exciting targets, and you get serious responsibilities and opportunities in a young and energetic company. You will join international fairs a few times a year.
You will start to work with the current trader and then you will go on your own path.
This is how you tackle your day, you :
* spend 40% of your time in growing existing portfolio and 60 % in developing new business;
* manage the business with your suppliers and customers; keep track of your offers and inquiries, pending deals and market developments;
* understand your trading market and know when to sell and buy and the profit margin you can make;
* negotiate prices, payment and delivery terms;
* are always on the lookout for new business opportunities with a focus on your own market, but you are free to act globally and look across any border;
* Manage the logistic to close and deliver deals to your customers and suppliers;
* ensure your suppliers’ and clients’ financial and account information is up to date

Profil
Profile
* You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics or business
* You are fluent in French and English. Any other language is an asset.
* You have at least several years of experience in account management in an active sales/purchase/trading position
* You are familiar with working with KPIs
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability in creating new business opportunities
* You thrive on challenging targets and you (over)achieve them
* You possess good mathematical, communication and presentation skills
* You set priorities and juggle tasks, and you meet your deadlines
* You have a good knowledge of excel and a first experience with a ERP/CRM (Odoo)
