In this role as Account Manager / Business Developer youll report to the Chief Sales Officer BeLux, and will be a member of our growing Sales Team in Belgium. Youll be based in the Diegem office in Belgium.
Your Role
As an Account Manager / Business Developer, you will:
* Lead Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the public sector, leveraging your extensive network to identify and seize new business opportunities.
* Sell Strategic IT Consulting Projects: Showcase Capgemini''s portfolio of services, focusing on large scale consulting engagements, digital transformation, and IT solutions tailored for the public sector.
* Navigate Belgian MSP Platforms: Demonstrate expertise in managing Belgian MSPs (My Supplier Portals) to streamline sourcing and sales processes.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with pre sales, delivery teams, and other internal stakeholders to develop winning proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
* Drive Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Capgeminis position as a trusted partner for the public sector.
* Stay Agile: Be mobile across Belgium, engaging with clients and teams wherever needed.

1. Extensive Public Sector Network: A well established network within Belgiums public sector is essential.
2. Business Development Expertise: A track record of generating new business and delivering revenue growth through IT consulting sales.
3. Proven Sales Success: A track record of selling strategic IT consulting projects, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
4. MSP Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Belgia
