We are on a journey to attract and develop top diverse talent to join our mission to bring innovation to more patients around the world.We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR professional to partner with the organization’s leadership and People Culture (PC) team in North Europe as the catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy for the company.The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by providing PC leadership and support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, etc.) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture.Main responsibilities:Policy and Process Management: Implement HR processes and policies in line with Center of Expertise guidelines and local regulations.Talent Acquisition: Define on-site recruitment strategy and support activities with the Talent Acquisition team.Talent Management: Execute talent management processes and provide expert guidance on employee development.Learning and Development: Champion a culture of lifelong learning, collaborating with Learning COE and local Learning Development team.Rewards and Recognition: Support adjustment and negotiation of collective labor agreements, manage personnel cost/budget, local plans, and exceptions.Data Analytics: Generate and analyze reports from local and global data sources to inform decision-making. As all People professionals in Sanofi, you will be expected to lead and showcase decision-making through people analytics.Org Design and Effectiveness: Implement organizational changes and manage reorganizations by supporting union/work council negotiations as well as managing the transition/exit of people.Change Management: Lead People-related change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.Employee Relations: Support People Director in liaising with local co-determination bodies and advise managers on employee relations matters handle cases end-to-end.Mobility: Facilitate on-site relocation processes as needed.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovative HR practices. Promote the adoption of ESS/MSS, One Support, and AI usage to create value.Support delivery of people culture activities that require on-site presence or where local language requirements cannot be covered by the hubs.About youA Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Solid HR experience in a manufacturing environment and matrix organization. International exposure is desirable.Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization ability to represent PC externally.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Fluent in Dutch and English.
