For our Metering & Laboratory division in Anderlecht () we’re looking for a Labo Field Team Leader (m/f/x).
Fluxys' Metering & Laboratory department is responsible for the metering and gas analysis on the Fluxys natural gas grid. It manages 18 border stations where gas flow and gas quality measurements are performed (flows into and out of the Belgian market). It monitors almost delivery stations connected to the Fluxys grid (power stations, industry, public distribution). Thanks to its highly technological tools and the quality of its data, Metering provides essential information for the overall functioning of the industrial gas market in Belgium.

purpose
As Laboratory Field activities Team Leader, you will ensure that all our analyzers (installed throughout the country) are maintained and calibrated according to schedule. You will also ensure that all the necessary steps are taken to bring them back into service in the event of a breakdown. To do this, you will be in charge of a team of 4 technicians.

Your
responsibilities
1. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Labo Field activities team (4 field technicians). You coordinate their activities and provide them with the appropriate technical support when necessary
2. You monitor the schedule of planned interventions
3. You coordinate unplanned interventions (breakdowns)
4. You coordinate the implementation of certain projects
5. Follow up technical know-how (market follow-up, supplier contacts, tests, etc.) for field analyzers
6. In the absence of the Lab Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the other laboratory team

7. You obtained a bachelor's degree in science or have equivalent experience

12. You have experience of team management
13. You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
