A new challenge?Main responsibilities and key tasks- Support selected divisions in implementation of pricing excellence initiatives (value based pricing, pricing governance, market driven pricing strategies, product portfolio review, pricing sytems etc.) including onboarding, managing and coaching the teams.- Assure and execute required analytics and formalize methodology.- Act as subject matter expert and provide sparring to the selected divisions.- Build Pricing Excellence capabilities centrally and within the divisions.- A Pricing Excellence multi-year roadmap and targets have been built: this position imbeds longterm capabilities and execution of the different initiatives.- Ensure a common methodology and systems across divisions through the execution of the pricing excellence playbooks.- By leveraging effective project management and budget ownership, Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks and roadblocks, together with senior leadership.- Synthesize and present output to leadership, Steer Co, and stakeholders in the organization.Competencies and skills- Seniority: minimum 8 years of business experience- Background: Price Management, Pricing Excellence Transformation, Sales & Marketing, Consultant- Key skills required:– Strong understanding of and proven track record with value-based pricing development and implementation– Experience with price elasticity and pricing impact of SKU rationalization– Know-how of price management systems (ERP/CRM/BI and Analytics tools)– Strong interpersonal skills required to explain methodology, drive change and ensure sharing of best practices– Organization abilities essential to set-up, drive and report progress of multiple work streams/initiatives– Passion for building capabilities– Data driven and result oriented– Project management skills– Knowledge of the industry is a plus– Ability to lead a team of (in)direct reports and fostering team developmentLanguagesEnglishOur offerYou will be joining an ambitious and progressive organization at a significant moment in our history.
