With a strong experience in industrial environments, you will be able to carry out electrical design and -supervision for industrial projects. Your relevant experience with dimensioning electrical installations will allow you to execute the full process, from analysis and design to the procurement and realization.
Your responsibilities may include:
· Basic and detailed engineering of electrical installations (HV, LV, ELV) based upon design deliverables from the upstream disciplines (Equipment lists/lay-outs, P&ID’s, motor- and component lists, HAZOP…).
· Elaboration of technical deliverables (following LOD) such as specifications, load balance, equipment datasheets, single line diagrams, short circuit and cables calculations, cable routing- and cabinet layouts, cable lists, earthing design, lighting design, small signal systems design (fire detection/access control…), functional descriptions, IO lists, Bill of quantities (MTO), external influences, safety installation list, critical installation list, backup power design, …
· Delegation and supervision to the IPS back-office, who will support you in performing the detailed design, drawings and 3D modelling.
· Supporting the project management team during the procurement activities with technical expertise, including RFQ, scope definition and battery limit.
· Author’s supervision and Contract management during the realization phase, commissioning and qualification planification and follow-up.
· Organization of electrical inspection until approval.
· Respecting project budgets and deadlines.
· Reporting to Project Manager and Electrical engineering manager (progress, feedback, questions, delay, problems, blocking points,…).
As you are working in an international company, short international mobility is a requirement for missions abroad.
Requirements
· You are assertive, flexible, creative, and motivated. You are able and willing to take initiative, and you are also a team player.
· You are rigorous, anticipative and stress resistant, with good communication skills (communication is a key element in projects with different stakeholders).
· Any experience in Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical and/or Primary Industries is an asset.
· You are fluent in French or Dutch and English. Other languages which are a plus are German and/or Spanish.
· Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, CANECO BT, ELECCALC, DIALUX, AutoCAD (Eplan, revit is a plus).
