We are looking for a Business Change Expert to join our team in order to drive business change initiatives within our Sales Teams. The Business Change Expert will be responsible to assess and mitigate the change impact of the different initiatives and projects within the scope of Commercial Excellence.
This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to translate strategy into concrete actions, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving positive change within our organization.
Your role and responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Project Managers and Process Owners to assess change impact across projects and initiatives.
2. Develop and implement change plans following the ADKAR principles across different projects.
3. Be able to connect the dots and fit the different initiatives within wider Commercial Excellence program.
4. Build out community of ambassadors that help advocate the change within Sales Teams.
Your profile
5. Master's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, General Management or equivalent by experience.
6. Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably in a commercial environment (customer facing teams).
7. Strong understanding of project management principles.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Detail oriented with great organizational skills.
10. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
11. Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and teams.
