At Telenet, Field Sales department is crucial in contracting new SOHO (Small Office Home office) customers. As an appointments planner, you call prospects and confirm appointments within the SOHO market for the Field Sales Account managers.
Who are you?
1. A (minor) outbound B2B / SOHO experience is key.
2. Resilience is your second name. You don’t settle for an immediate ‘no’ when calling a prospect. You remain calm and convincing with a professional attitude.
3. You have the qualities important to us: curiosity, motivation, autonomy and the ability to adapt to any situation.
4. Achieving sales targets is your motivation.

6. You are a natural speaker who demonstrates enthusiasm when engaging with prospects and customers.
7. You speak perfectly Dutch. A good knowledge of French is a plus.
8. A professional knowledge of English is needed.
What will you do?
9. Based on leads and marketing prospection lists, you call prospects to schedule physical appointments for the Field Sales Account Managers.
10. You are end2end in charge of the appointments including calling, global planning - rescheduling and sending confirmations for our Field Sales Account Managers and prospects.
11. You provide feedback on the given databases and leads, quantities, appointments quality and sales process improvements.
12. In a second phase, you provide feedback on databases gained from marketing SOHO campaigns. You also enrich the databases with qualitative data gathered during prospection.
13. You organize your working day independently within our sliding office hours.
