As a Personal Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President (VP) Benelux. This includes planning, responding with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require immediate response, maintaining confidentiality of information, and possessing exceptional organization and communication skills. You will represent Coloplast internally and externally and frequently interact with executive and senior leadership levels within Coloplast.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage information flow designed to maximize the Vice President’s productivity and ensure all requests receive attention with the proper level of urgency.
* Take minutes from business meetings.
* Organize internal and external meetings.
* Act as point of contact for Corporate Communications and be responsible for local implementation of global communication.
* Provide complex calendar management – strategically prioritize and manage VP’s schedule and calendar.
* Prioritize and manage travel scheduling and itineraries, both domestic and international.
* Prepare high-level presentations and/or reports using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
* Monitor and complete expense reports and route appropriately.
* Compose letters, memos, and other written correspondence as requested.

Ability to prioritize and effectively manage workload.
Hands-on mentality / Flexible.
* Typically 5+ years of executive support experience.
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
* Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English written and oral skills.
