Job Description
As a construction project manager at Puratos, you will get the opportunity to develop and implement sustainable strategies for industrial facilities management.
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of industrial facilities, from design to operation and maintenance.
* You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in facility operations.
* You will identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to increase sustainability, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
* You will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and partners.
* You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* You should have a Bachelor or Master degree in Construction or a related field with minimum 5 years of experience in facility management.
* You should be an expert in facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
* You should have a proven track record of improving facility efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing sustainability.
* You should be a strong communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* You should be proficient in MS Office and other software applications relevant to facility management.
* You should be fluent in English and French or Dutch.
