As Marketing Lead in Southern Europe, you drive growth and maximize marketing efficiency by identifying opportunities, creating synergy, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
You collaborate closely with the Centers Of Excellence of Ecommerce Merchandising, Segment Marketing, New Customer Acquisition & Branding to leverage their expertise in regional strategies and integrate customer-centric approaches into regional plans.
Key Responsibilities
You identify growth opportunities and create synergy across Southern Europe by aligning marketing strategies with business goals, reflecting regional priorities in tailored, effective marketing and e-commerce plans.
You work with the Vice-President of your super-region to develop customized marketing plans addressing local market needs, translating regional priorities into actionable marketing and e-commerce strategies.
You lead a team of Marketing Specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on growth and success.
You partner with the Centers of Excellence of Ecommerce Merchandising, Segment Marketing, New Customer Acquisition & Branding, overseeing the execution of their strategies in e-commerce merchandising, content, digital marketing, and segment marketing. You ensure their specialized insights are effectively integrated within regional strategies to drive results.
You track and analyze campaign and e-commerce performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and drive sustained results.
Succeeding in this Role / Your Profile
Proven experience managing and executing marketing strategies across multiple countries or regions, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
At least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring a team, with the ability to develop talent, foster growth, and maintain a positive work environment.
Strong ability to develop and implement marketing and e-commerce strategies that align with business goals, drive growth, and address regional priorities.
Experience with marketing tools such as Selligent, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, and data analytics platforms to measure performance and optimize marketing initiatives.
Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams, including regional leadership, e-commerce, and specialized Centers of Excellence, to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.
Knowledge of Southern European markets, with the ability to adapt messaging and strategies to suit local cultures and preferences.
Experience in e-commerce merchandising or digital marketing, with an understanding of how to integrate these strategies into marketing plans.
