For our Commercial Regulated department at our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, ) we’re looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/x).
The Commercial Regulated department is the commercial contact point for our customers, shippers or grid users, and neighbouring grid operators, for questions relating to pipeline transmission, underground storage, LNG (liquefied natural gas) and hubs (i.e. virtual market places).

purpose
As Key Account Manager, you will identify market needs, promote and sell Fluxys Belgium’s infrastructure and service offering by acting as the central contact point for managing commercial activities and processes between Fluxys Belgium and its customers, prospects or counterparties. You are also the single commercial contact point for adjacent TSO’s (Transmission System Operator).

Your
responsibilities
1. You will inform, advise and support customers on commercial matters relating to the services offered by Fluxys Belgium, within the applicable legislative and regulatory framework
2. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contracts and monitoring your customers’ portfolio
3. You will ensure continuous interaction between the Commercial Regulated Sales department and other departments in order to develop or adapt the commercial model and services offered to customers, seeking an ideal balance between market needs and the services offered by Fluxys Belgium
4. You will proactively approach prospects and analyse the technical and economic feasibility of solutions to their needs in order to promote the development of new services and/or the construction of additional infrastructure
5. You will maintain contacts with neighbouring transmission grid operators and facilitate commercial and operational discussions

6. Master's degree in civil, industrial or commercial engineering, economics or law
7. At least three years of relevant professional experience
8. Strong analytical skills

11. Innovative spirit and sense of initiative
12. Strong ability to synthetise complex information
13. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
14. Good command of English and Dutch and/or French
