What You'll Do:
1. Support a flawless execution of the projects, in accordance with the current norms and standards.
2. Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the agreed quality.
3. Prepare documents for a monthly steerco to the project sponsors (such as c-level management) keeping everyone informed.
4. At project level, act as a partner towards the external construction partners.
5. Always look for the right balance between the questions of the Business, our vision, and the technical and financial limitations.
What You'll Bring:
1. Experience in a construction management role/structural engineering role.
2. Bachelor/master's in civil engineering/construction.
3. Knowledge of project control (financial aspect).
4. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is highly valued.
