As a Health & Safety Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team in a fast-paced, global environment. Your expertise will help shape our health and safety policies, ensuring everything is up to standard and promoting a safe workplace.
In this role, your responsibilities are:
1. Guiding the development and ongoing improvement of our risk management system, supporting local teams with safety-related matters.
2. Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and creating clear guidelines to protect our employees.
3. Investigating accidents, implementing safety measures, and taking steps to prevent future incidents.
4. Lead the internal Prevention and Protection department, overseeing its development and operations.
5. Responsible for creating the annual action plan and managing safety and health administration.
6. Organize safety training and awareness programs to keep staff informed and engaged.
7. Represent the company in external safety and health measures, contributing to discussions and best practices.
Profiel
1. You have already 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. A relevant University degree, combined with Prevention Advisor certification Level 1.
3. At least 2 years of experience managing an internal safety department or team.
4. Strong knowledge of Dutch and English.
