The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and possess a strong background in modern frontend technologies such as React and next.js (Angular is a nice to have) and have the willingness to mentor more junior developers.
Responsibilities
Lead the frontend development team in designing and implementing responsive and user-friendly web applications
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Utilize expertise in Angular or React to develop scalable applications, while also being open to learning and implementing new technologies such as next.js
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is at the ForeFront of technology
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects using Angular or React
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring a team
Keen interest in learning and adopting new technologies, particularly next.js and other modern frameworks
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's or higher in an IT-related field
