We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale company integration project. This critical initiative involves the seamless consolidation of systems, processes, and teams across two or more entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a company integration project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and commitment throughout the integration process.
3. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
4. Change Management: Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for systems, processes, and employees.
5. Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and key milestones.
6. Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate IT systems and ensure operational continuity.
7. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders on project progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally managing large-scale integration projects.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
3. Extensive experience with systems integration, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
6. Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices is a plus.
7. PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
8. Healthcare experience is a plus.
Working Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week in the office.
